We had an excellent experience buying a car here today. Matt our sales person was lovely, and Steve our finance guy was fantastic. Waiting for the paperwork took much longer than we had hoped, —that was the only downside. Other than that, we had a great experience and highly recommend this dealer!

Hands down the worst service out there. Jetting around if you don't buy their services. Never had a harder time getting my vehicle that is under warranty fixed. It's unreal. 100%, if you are thinking about buying a car, go somewhere else. This is everything single time, without fail. Edit. Ryan reached out and got me in the next day. A couple hours and the car was fixed.

Went there to look at a car got a real pushy sales guy. My wife and i couldn't even talk without him butting in, and the car was in rough shape, and the guy was telling us it was really clean. This was the used car lot.
I bought a 22 Santa Cruz from them and the sales staff was amazing. John was very friendly and helpful. A few days after purchase, I noticed a small leak from my sunroof and I took it in for service. The service department was absolutely useless, but the sales manager apologized and filled my tank for the 100 mile trip I made for nothing. It's an amazing place to buy a car but a not so amazing place to have it worked on.

We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle that had just hit the lot. After we got it home we noticed a dent in the hood. We called ours sales person Walter, and he immediately contacted Jorge, the manager of the pre-owned inventory. The car had been placed on the lot before his department could complete its inspection, therefore the dent was not noticed. My brother in law found a photo of the vehicle and dent on Carfax which we relayed to Walter. We were given an appointment a couple of days later and the dent was repaired. Great service!

Good service. But they need more mechanics or somehow resolve the problem with a 1/2 week line waiting for the repairs of your vehicle. Even with extended warranty couldn’t afford such a long period of time.
