Saleman Dylan was great. Steven who did the paperwork excellent. Having to sit 5 hours to get the vehicle from their dealership 25 mile away was totally unacceptable. You would not send someone to pick up the vehicle until we had signed all of the paperwork. We bought a new vehicle from you in July 2025. Your sales manager who we never met needs to aquire some people skills. I am 77 and my wife is 73. Treat us like we are important.

My recent service experience is great. Check in very fast and efficient with Mr Jarvis, complimentary Uber ride home worked out perfectly. The online features also very smooth. When the car is ready, they will send an Uber to pick me up and drive me to the dealership. Much better experience than last time.
