I can't seem to get a call back. My fiance got conned into their maintenance plan for our car, pro tip: don't get this, if you buy a car here, it's virtually useless. I've called a couple times now about having them put the clips/bolts(?) Onto the mudflap under the car, it's been serviced twice, both times they say they'll be sure to do that and both times they haven't. It was in for an oil change the last time, guess what they didn't put back on after the oil change? The clips for the engine cover(i think that's the name-it has to be removed to change the oil). It was completely hanging down! I called about it and got NO response. Maybe a review will get someone to care. O, and when we purchased our car, my fiances name was on 2 other cars, they transferred the wrong plates to our car, we drove around with the right sticker and the wrong plate for a year. We were told to go to the dmv to get it sorted and bring them a receipt and they'd reimbursement us, that was a couple MONTHS ago. The receipt has been with them since September, that's $100 or so we spent to fix their MASSIVE mistake. Go to Toyota, or Nissan, Lexus, just don't go here. Now to wait and see if THIS gets someone's attention. Edit to add photos, i had back surgery so I shouldn't be down on the ground dealing with this but that's not gettle Hyundais problem. I've been patient, friendly, kind, quiet, like society demands of women but now I'm mad. You're being paid for a service that's not being provided! Edit 12/10/24: my fiance was stuck on the side of the road. They put anti theft bolts on the tires so when it blew, he was just stuck there. I called again and left a message with their service department this time. Edit 12/10/24: wheel nuts were also 2 different sizes preventing him from changing the tire himself anyhow. Big shout out to the road ranger that helped for free and happened to have the right tools. Edit: 12/12(well today is the 15th, I got distracted). The new management is on top of it, they fixed everything listed and took care of the car. Thank you again Zach and Ryan!

We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle that had just hit the lot. After we got it home we noticed a dent in the hood. We called ours sales person Walter, and he immediately contacted Jorge, the manager of the pre-owned inventory. The car had been placed on the lot before his department could complete its inspection, therefore the dent was not noticed. My brother in law found a photo of the vehicle and dent on Carfax which we relayed to Walter. We were given an appointment a couple of days later and the dent was repaired. Great service!

Walter and Travis provided a great sales experience. They found me the car i wanted and set up a transport from their Daytona dealership. Travis let me know there was a chip in the lower door trim (showed me a photo of it) and said it would need to go in the body shop and they can do that to take care of it or they can find me a different car. I decided to let him handle it in the body shop and get me the car after it was ready. I still proceeded with the paperwork to get things in order and the car was ready a little over a week later. I noticed a couple other damaged spots on the car after I took delivery and Jorge, their sales manager, offered to address the damage promptly, bringing the car back to “new” condition. There was some trouble with the service area honoring its own appointments, so i recommend you speak to someone in management in advance to ensure they will do any work that’s scheduled, but on the second attempt, the service area actually performed the scheduled service. Overall, it’s a good place that tries to get it right, which is more than can be said for most car dealerships. I recommend them: car you want, fair price, great attentiveness.

First....I do not like car dealerships from past experience. BUT, I have a very different attitude(in this occasion) after working with many of the staff at Gettel. Walter, Jeff, and Steven were professional, told me politely where I was wrong in my assumptions, and we had very constructive dialogue in looking to reach a deal. There were areas where I WAS WRONG, but when we were done, I came away with a feeling that I was treated fairly and felt that I got a good deal. GOOD for Gettel...
